Terms & Policy
By submitting an order with Cake Orbit LLC, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the following terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT : Your deposit is non-refundable and reserves your event date. Full balance is due one week before your event. We accept Zelle and Venmo.
- CANCELLATION : Cancelled 2+ weeks before event: deposit forfeited, additional payments refunded. Cancelled less than 1 week: all payments forfeited.
- ORDER CHANGES : All changes must be requested at least one week before your event. Additional charges may apply for late changes.
- ORDER ACCURACY : You are responsible for all details submitted including names, spelling, flavors, and design. Review carefully before submitting.
- DESIGN DISCLAIMER : Custom cakes are handmade and may vary slightly from inspiration photos. Variations are not grounds for a refund.
- CAKE HANDLING : Provide a stable table and environment of 75°F or below. Once the cake leaves our possession, you assume full responsibility.
- CAKE SAFETY : Cakes contain internal wooden dowels for structural support. Decorations may also include foam, wire, or other non-consumable materials. Do not push faces into cakes — this may cause serious injury. Cake Orbit LLC is not responsible for injuries from improper handling. By ordering a cake you acknowledge this risk.
- DELIVERY : Delivery starts at $60 and varies by location.
- PHOTOGRAPHY : We reserve the right to photograph our cakes for promotional use. Notify us in writing at time of order to opt out.
- ALLERGENS : Our products may contain milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to inform your guests and hold Cake Orbit LLC harmless for any reactions.
- FORCE MAJEURE : We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
